Announcing New Electronic Medical Records System
The Ear, Nose and Throat Center of Austin is excited to announce the arrival of our new Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system! Most people have heard of the national push to convert patient medical records to electronic storage and eliminate the need for paper records. Our new EMR system will accomplish this goal as well as greatly improve the efficiency of patient services. Because of the data conversion, all patients will need to complete a new EMR Medical History form, even if you are an existing patient. We apologize if this causes you any inconveniences. This will assist us in continuing to provide high quality medical care now and in the future. Thank you for your patience during this transition.
